Weird Bug/Glitch...

So a while back, A long while back, I noticed that my Feline model(s) were messed up. I'm not quite sure what happened but my Feline started looking funny. It might be because of something I downloaded.. But I'm not completely sure. I thought it would go back to normal, But it never did. Strangely enough, It fixes when i put markings on it. Also, It only happens to the Feline.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Ah i think the easiest thing to do is redownload. So that if you did by chance download something wrong, its gone i know this is an inconvenience, but it will probably work. If you have any other questions just ask c:

You can try uninstalling the game and reinstalling as Raw said
But you can also try refering to this since it provides solutions for common game not starting & graphical issues before you do that since I know it can be a pain to uninstall and reinstall especially if you have alot of custom files and such :

Well, Now I just changed my Rendering Subsystem form Direct3D9 to OpenGL and it seems to have fixed. I know changing to it Direct3D9 didn't mess it up, I think i changed it to that way before the issue happened. I really did not want to have to Uninstall and Re-Install, so i thought of changing the rendering subsystem.. anyway, even though the "blocky" bug is fixed, there is still one with the markings where the shading gets messed up. But, I can deal with that.
