Nope, nothing's changed.
See, before this issue, if I pressed W to move forward and the left or right arrow key at the same time, I'd move perfectly in the direction I wanted to and the camera would follow me.
Now, in other to do this, I have to press W for forward, the left or right arrow key to have the camera follow me, and then S or D to be able to move left or right. It's not in sync anymore. Both commands separated and I'm not sure how. It's a pain, especially since S and D really don't move left or right very well...it's awkward, very fast, and they'll move me too far in one direction or the other. I really can't run normally anymore, I look silly and it takes a while to get where I want, especially since I can't see where I'm going.
Regardless of the camera mode I pick, the camera will NOT move with me when I change direction. Make sense? It won't follow the direction I choose. So, I'll move forward and turn left. When I turn left, the camera stays straight, my character turns left, and I no longer see where I'm going unless I move my camera manually. This happens in every mode.
It's even more frustrating because the camera is slower to follow than my character is to move. I can't keep them in sync even if I try. For example, if I move my character left using S while move the camera left using the left arrow, my body turns faster than the camera does. I'll fall off cliffs because I never saw the cliff.
It's a pain.
