Video capture (solved)
« on: November 15, 2012, 01:27:55 pm »
Hiya floofs. I wondered if anyone could recommend a good video capture software that I could use to record gameplay in FH. I've tried fraps and it's a bit...pooey. It stops recording after 30 seconds!
So, yeah. Suggestions are more than welcome. :) Thaaaanks!

Fraps is probably one of the better ones. Although it only takes 30 seconds, you can always piece the clips together in a movie making program. Or, you can buy fraps if you really wanted to.

Bandicam records 10 minutes free.

There's Hypercam, but it is rather low quality at times, and leaves a hypercam watermark at the top.

That's all I really know of. But I don't think there are any that are actually free.

I've never really understood the reasons for the "movie" thing in the actual FH game.
It's only ever really used for advertisements for RP's and other stuff.
Yeah, I think that's why people use Fraps more than anything because you create great videos on it.
Then again..... what do I  know :/
(sorry if I've gone off topic a bit)

I've used BBFlashback Express, and it really does the job. It's quite easy to get around to, and more user-friendly than most other screencaptures. It also keeps high on quality.
