I can't connect to the server?

Sooo when I go to log in, it says Cannot Connect To Front Server, but on the website it says that the server is up and there are people on it?

That'll probably be because the map you're trying to get into is full. Try using the character reset and go to a less heavily populated map.

You could try Disconnecting then Reconnecting to your internet. Or wait a few minutes then try again

Same thing happens to me sometimes.
However, I usually get Bad Tokens more often than loosing connection with the front server.
I don't really know what the difference between the two are though.

Adding onto Silver, I'd completely remove FH from your C:Drive via the Uninstall button in your main FH folder, then re-download the 'FH-Setup' here.
