PROBLEM WITH PRESETS. (Solved, THANKS!)

Hi, I have a problem with the presets. I made ??a preset for a friend, I think it was the preset 8, when she opened the game, sought her preset to wear it in a character and said me that didn't look (it looks blank or something like that). The images are PNG, and the code says that all the images are in PNG .. then I don't know what happens

Did you give her the folder and did she go to the "Tools - Presets" in FH? If no, then maybe that's why it didn't work.

Yes. I gave her a folder with all pictures and material and I told her that place it in the folder "My_presets"... she opened the game, clicked "tools" and said it didn't look..

She's most likely doing it wrong. Did you tell her to open the folder and place everything in My Presets- Preset_8 and replace everything?
If it works for you, it should work for her, too. Also, she first needs to go to Tools-presets and export her preset and then she can see it ingame.
