Preset of IceCub...might be difficult, but will trade artwork

Hi, Ive been trying to work on this myself for a while but I cant get it to look how I want it
Maybe someone with more experience with coding can help

I can do the mane myself

She is supposed to look like she has cateye/ eyeliner look around her eyes

 the middle of her spots are supposed to look like they are made of ice, whether it be animated or transparency or both.
I would also like a realistic fur texture, but it doesnt have to be over the spots so you can see the ice
If possible I would like her tail to look fluffy like in the picture

preset folder 6 or higher is fine
