Group Bio isn't saving!

When I first type the bio, it saves just fine. But whenever I go back to edit it, practically half of the bio is deleted! Sometimes even the whole thing gets deleted, and then I can't keep track of the positions in the group! It's very annoying!

Hmmm. Are you sure that you close it right? Uhhh...Hmm. Interesting. Maybe, you just need to delete the group or make a new bio.

All you do is it the exit button after finishing it, and that should save it...

Not sure if this glitch was ever fixed in the last patch but I read this somewhere and maybe it's worth trying:

You MUST write the bio in the FIRST map you enter, and then MUST relogg in order for it to save.

If you make a bio in the 2nd, 3rd map you enter, the bio will not be changed.
If the game crashes or ends inappropriately, the bio wont be saved
If you edit an already saved bio from another map than the first one it might disappear as well.

It's a game bug that's been there from the start. Sorry for this.

Hopefully we will get client sided bios sometime in the future that would prevent this.

This problem has happened to me before, so you're not alone.
Except, it's happened to me when I've just written my character bio or (like you) have written group bio.
I think it is some kind of glitch, but it obviously doesn't happen to everyone...
Try using Suragaha's idea and who knowz, maybe I will try it as well
