Whe I open up FeralHeart, it lets me get to the part where you pick your character and then it won't stop loading. I've reinstalled the game, restarted my computer, and checked my WiFi. It just won't fix! I'm about ready to quit FeralHeart. I can't do anything. Please help me!

I don't know if it will help but have you tried changing your video settings a bit from options on the main menu? Go there and try changing your rendering subsystem from OpenGL to Direct3D9.
