Help with music on maps.
« on: January 14, 2013, 07:27:28 am »
I want to put music on my map but I'm not sure how. I tried putting it the file in "Music" and I also tried just putting it on the map (if that's a stupid idea, please forgive me, I've never tried to put music on a map before.
What exactly do I do?

Your music file must be in .wav or .mp3 format firstly. I recommend placing the file in the "Sounds" folder instead of the "Music" folder.

Go to Map Maker and load your map, where it says "Music (Group or File Name)" type in the name of your music file. Include all capital letters, symbols, spaces if needed. You must also add the format at the end.

Example: Your song is called "Randomsong_1.mp3", you must type the whole name+format in the Map Maker.

Try following this tutorial if you find it more easier :)
