earlier i posted that i was still having problems logging into the game and that i even made a new profile and that still didnt work so one of the senor members sent me a link to the big guys to see if they can try and help be but what i want to know is........why should i ask? im kinda confused

When you say 'big guys' I am assuming you mean the staff?

I sent you that link to contact the admin because they have the power to do much more things on the forum and therefore can possibly help you in ways we regular users can't. I have seen you posting numerous times about the same issue and since nothing we've all suggested has worked out for you I figured contacting an admin is your last best bet.
