Really Simple Mesh Request?

Hello there! I'm absolutely horrible with mesh making, and was wondering if anyone could make a wearable ahoge, like as an item?

Indeed I am. Kind of like the feelers someone else created, but only one, rather than two, and not as up-pointing, if that makes sense?
