Can't log into game

I just made an account today and I went to log in to the game but it says I entered an incorrect password or username. I know I haven't. I tried logging in 4 different times and I got the same results. Any idea to what the problem might be or how to fix it?

Okay make sure it's 16 Characters. [I mean the length] Secondly, make sure you typed everything correctly. :3 Or if it still not working..I highly suggested you make a new account.

So, I think this is an issue or a glitch with the game at the moment. First, I am going to say both of you should hit the "forgot username" and "forgot password" on the top right corner of the forum.

Also, you should PM a mod or admin to see what the current situation is with the login issues. They might be able to fix it, if not it might be an issue you have to wait out.
