Problem with meshes
« on: January 20, 2013, 03:56:16 pm »
Hello,
first I would say sorry for my English, if you can't understand something - I'm German..
I wanted to make a map and downloaded for this some meshes. I made the map with no problems, save and export it. But
when I've logged in and went into the world some meshes are missing. Did I do something wrong?

Ever thank you in advance for your help.

And maybe you wanna check in Cape aren't there 2 maps with same name (I mean maybe there are double of your maps) on that case try to enter the other map....?

But when I've logged in and went into the world some meshes are missing.

You mean the public default maps like Flourite Plains etc are missing objects or just your map itself?
-If it's objects missing from the public default maps reinstalling the game should get them back for you I believe.
-On the other hand if it's objects from your own maps missing it could be because you put custom objects into the default object folder. Custom objects need their own groups so you'll have to make them their own folders.
(I'm not much of an expert on maps but I hope that helps)

I have had the problem, and still do. Just take all the .fho files from the map and put them into your Objects folder. take the .fhm file and put it into the terrain folder. This should fix that problem. :) Also it will ask you to replace folder, be sure too.
