Hum use transparent coding OuO it takes a while to figure it out since you look new to transparent presets like happened to me when I added glowing markings :p
Normally bird presets have no front legs (wait... it would be really strange a bird sitting without back legs... O_o)

I have a suggestion for you. You might wanna fix the transparency on the fur detail, that way you can see it much better. Then try to match the markings with the fur so they match.
