My Preset skins are no longer appearing up in game

I had been offline a good while but i don't see how it effect the preset skins. I had made a few and still in my_presets files but are appear different on preset maker as all white or plain. I try putting on game by export but it appear white or plain. what wrong? the files are jpeg and PNG. so how can this happen or what wrong?

Check their material files and make sure the coding is right and that nothing is missing. If everything looks normal but the presets still refuse to appear what usually works for me is to uninstall the game delete the Feral Heart folder and then reinstall. Make sure you back up all your important files though like presets etc before doing this. Once the game is reinstalled you can replace your presets into their correct folders and they should appear in game.
