Feral heart Patch, or not?

Ok,

I found a patch and am unsure if I should get it or not.  My game is getting glitcheir but I am not sure if it matters.  This is to get V1.13 I think...I have V1.09 right now.

I've never ran v1.09 but I think v1.13 runs good.
I'd suggest keeping up to date with the game itself, even if it doesn't help towards the glitching.
