Trouble when logging into game. (Fixed)

After I log into the game the background turns black and remains like this whilst in character creator.
Do you think I should re-download?

I guess redownloading would be the best.
If you do it make sure you remove any trace of FeralHeart before you download it again.

If uninstalling it and reinstalling it doesn't work you can also trying changing your rendering subsystem since that sometimes helps with these kind of problems to. On your main menu select "options" then "video" and switch your rendering subsystem from OpenGL to Direct3D9.
