FeralHeart - HELP!

Hello, I'm having a problem with FeralHeart.
I installed the Game Patch. Everything was fine, but when I opened the FeralHeart, this appeared:

FeralHeart.exe - Unable to locate component
Can not start this application because irrKlang.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I installed and uninstalled a lot of times, but this error continues to appear!

If there are any errors in the words, sorry, because I'm Brazilian and I've translate it with Google Translator.

If you know of any solution, tell me, because I love and want to play FeralHeart! 

PS: In Game Setup is the same (my PC is not Mac).

Ive had this similar problem where I tested out what will happen if I put the Feral Hart icon on my Local (C:) drive and the actual game components in a external drive. When I started to click the icon it said the exact same things as well. So, chances are you didn't out in the right components in the right folder. Make sure you out your Feral Heart download in your Local (C:) drive so that functional window functions can run thous files in order for you to play.
