What files to put in a zip?
Well, make a fresh folder for your map. Then select all the files that you exported from the map maker and place them in that folder. These files would be .fhm, .fhw, .fhs and .fho files. Then right click the folder, go to 'Send to' and click 'Compressed (zipped) folder'. Simples. Oh and name the folder the name of your map, just to make things easier.

I hope this helped :)

If you are wanting to update your map, just edit it in map maker and then do what Flob explained but replace everything in the folder with the new exported files. After that, upload it to mediafire and select the replace option.
