Prestes...

Alright, so I'm having trouble with my presets. I downloaded several so that I can use them in-game, but when I go to put one on a character....

Here I am, about to put on a preset, so I click 'Use Preset'



Well, after I click it this box shows up but usually as there would be:
Preset 1
Preset 2
ETC
There is nothing....



Does anyone know how to fix this?

Before you log into the game you go to tools then preset make, choose the preset you want then export them then restart fh, log in then  but the preset on your chara
