Don't know if this goes here, but...

My friend signed up for FH but she can't get in cuz her username is too long.

I am NOT asking for help on logging in. I am wondering HOW OFTEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN so she can get another account.

It opens fairly often but as said before it's totally random when it does open so your friend just has to keep checking in on the forum until they catch registration when it's open.

Really it is impossible to know when the registration will open up. It literally has a mind of its own when it decides to open up or close down. If its open around 8pm, then it's just conquincidence since it operates on random coding. Staffers don't know when it opens up either, just saying.
If you are wanting to registar, then I suggest you try coming back and checking up on the Feral Heart site periodically. I know for sure it does open, so when it does make sure you have a valid e-mail address to input for your registration. If not, then you will have to start over.
