Can anyone make me a map?

So, i saw a video how to instal and download maps. It was pretty cool.
So, i was wandering, can anyone make me a map, like umm, in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Series, the city and all.
If it's too hard for yah, then i would like a city map. Plenty of room for Rp's and all. Btw, the city has to have small plains for wild animals, such as deer or somthing simillar.

I'm not that talented at makeing maps like that,but i do have a city map that was private.That group has died out so have no use for it anymore.If your intrested let me know.If you have any questions on it please pm me.(i can also edit it,if need be)
