Cant Log In

So, I pull up my Feralheart game, and type in my username and password correctly. No side number pad or anything. But, it says that my request was accepted for a millisecond before saying that it was a failed attempt. Anyone know what's going on?

The usernames and passwords on the FH game are sensitive. Make sure you'tr typing it in exactly how you did when you signed up. And make sure you're using the exact same keys you're using also. (Ex. there are two sets of number keys, but the only one that will work is the one you used when registration.) If not, make sure your caps lock is off.

I did everything you told me to, but it still did the same thing. My caps lock was off, and I typed them in exactly how I did on Registration.

Actually almost the same thing happened to me.
I tried logging in, but it won't accept me...

Adding onto what Kikiory has said, be sure your username and password isn't more than 16 characters long. If they are longer than that, then it can cause logging in a bit glitchy and will fail often times. Try contacting one of the Staff Members for some more help, resetting your password and/or username.

I have a different ,,Can't log in''problem.I downloaded it and registered and went in the game,logged in and then it says:You're banned for 1 month and some days and minutes etc.I haven't played it before o.O?
