characters gone/not loading

i log into my acc and all but 1 character i have is gone is this a loading issue or the result from the crashing hard drives ? i have done the character rest option and none of my characters r their except my deathgod eppm i had at least 8 other deathgods did u guys go back intimates ik for a fact i was not hacked .....you guys r really facing server/host issues and data issues as i will never delete my characters..... will i be possible to re obtain my characters back in the future or since it feels like the server rolld back ----and iforever lsot my acc i hadthe acc for like 3 years .....and alot of those characters holds a personal value and some packsi was in  i wont ever get back in cause the alphas gone

I feel it may still have something to do with the hard drive failures. They are still being repaired, so the loading time and delay will remain still but subtle. Hang tight floof, for it will be resolved soon.~
