Stupid question?

Umm, hi peeps. This is a rather stupid question. :/
But, i was wandering, how do you make a preset, that is transperance, glowing, moving and two sided?
I'm new at making presets, so i'm just really curiouse about it.
So, anyone there, who can explain me?

How is this a stupid question, floof~? x3 I think it's a very good one, especially if you want to make a preset with some awesome effects like this.

I think you best bet would be to check out this tutorial by Ruby1234. She's by far my favorite preset/coder lady, and her tutorials are wonderful.

This will prolly be the best way for you to start this sort o' thing. c:
