Yes I was one step ahead and have already got a new account ^^ Though I guess I will have to catch up with my characters group leaders, I may try that later but I have to go right now. Thank you for your help C:

I had this problem as well. It isn't client side, you're account is gone until Raz/Red figure out how to fix it. I suggest pm'ing Raz. They never fixed my main account.
