Is there a firewall with your router blocking the connection? That can sometimes be a problem. Also, did you try reseting your internet adapters or router. Sometimes you can connect to the internet, but not in games and reseting it will sometimes help. Also try disconnecting and reconnecting to your router. Make sure your internet signal is strong enough to handle the game connection. Also other questions to ask is how old is your router? Is is compatible with you computer? Sometimes old or incompatible routers can block connection to the game. Also there might be a problem with your internet at your new house.
