Not Activated?

I made an alt a few days ago named ShadowedSkies, (I activated it obviously because I played on it.) and today I downloaded a map and went into it on the acc, the game crashed and then I was like: "Oh no, I need to do a character reset!" Soo.. When I tried to log in on the website it said Error!: Account not activated yet!  So I went back to the game to just delete that character and remake it, it said: Incorrect username or password (blah blah ban 15 minutes) I tried again: ShadowedSkies, ******* (I typed my password correctly) and it said the same thing.  Can anyone help me with this? I know its not banned because it would've said so and it would've banned my main account.

Are you using any special case words in your password such as $ % & @. Cause those are known to make the password a little buggy. If you have successfully gotten in your account then your account isn't really "Not Activated" perhaps you do need to preform a password reset, if that doesn't work then I suggest you talk to the admin here so he can take a look at your account for you.
