I can log into the website just fine but when I go to the game it says incorrect username/password and I don't know why

Your password must be 16 characters long. Make sure your not using CAPS. It's probably saying because of that or because you probably have numbers or symbols it...

Just adding on to what Thrillex has said. Your username but also be no longer than 16 characters long.
