Mass markings

Can some one give me the link to the official mass markings 3? And I only have to download that one to get the markings in 1 and 2 right?

I'm not sure if This is the one you're looking for, if it's not, sorry. It's the one I have and has a lot of markings in it ^^'

I do believe you'll only need to download the Mass Markings 3 for it also contains the markings found in Mass Markings 1&2, so you are correct on that matter. When  it comes to the link, here you are:

Mass Markings 3

Don't get confused by the 22 Aug - Markings title for it's practically the same as Mass Markings 3. Also, if you need any help in placing the files, don't hesitate to ask.

Modify: And Zir beat me to it. But yes, Zir's link is correct as well.
