Cant log in, incorrect username/password problem

Hello!
I have a problem...
Whenever I type my username and password in to log in it tells me it's wrong and threatens me with a 15 minute ban but I know I've typed it right! I've re-installed the game several times on 2 different laptops and changed my password but neither worked.
Please, if you know why it's doing this, please, please, please reply to this post!

A common cause is the username being too long. Make sure you haven't used any odd symbols in the password. The password is caps sensitive so how ever you Registered the account that is how you need to put it in when logging in for example

If you registered your account with the pass word: PaSsWOrd
And tried to log in with: PasSwoRD/Password
It would not work.

In many cases people tend to just make a new account with a smaller username and an easy to remember password unfortunately with the opening and closing of registration times that makes things quite difficult.

16 is the username and password character limit and so your username is over the limit by one character unfortunately. Keep checking back on the forum, you're bound to catch the Registration open sometime soon
