I'm the same way about outrageously tomboyish girls. It's fine if we have a girl who likes to do "boyish" things, but if they take it too extreme, it just seems like they're trying too hard to be "accepted" by the boys, as if the only way to be a legitimate member of society is to be male, and to be female is a second-rate lifestyle. What's wrong with being girly?
That's why I like the "badass-but-ladylike" girls. They're tough, but are still proud of their femininity.
I also like adorkable, naturally quirky characters. The fish-guy in my signature, Abe Sapien, is pretty adorkable. :3
