The game doesn't let me log in

I registered and everything, but when I try to log on (on the game) it always says that I typed my username and password in wrong but I'm not. I carefully checked every time. I was told to make a new account but every time i come to make a new account, registration is closed. Is there a way to fix my account so it works on the game?? I've been trying to log on it for months.

Make sure your password is under 16 characters. It's possible for the game to make mistakes if your password has more characters than this amount. Try changing your password to a shorter one if it's too long.

Honestly I think this is a problem that is happening to most people - maybe to those who have just registered. But this has been happening.

Perhaps change your password..
You can do this by:
Going into: Profile >> Account Related Settings

You will see a box that says "Choose password". Type in your new one, then again in the box below, then down below type in your old password, then hit "Change Profile".
