Can't Connect to Front Server and Random Missing File? Please Help

I've posted the same problem once before so I shall copy and paste my situation: Okay, first off. I haven't played for about 4 months because my old computer got the moneyPak virus and won't allow me to do anything so I got a new computer and wanted to play FH. I realized that I would have to download everything over again so my lazy genes kicked in.
 
Here I am now, wanting to play because I have absolutely no life in the outside world anymore. After downloading everything back again, I login and it says Failed to Connect to Front Server. I rage quit after trying to make it work, but it won't. Thanks a lot Universe, you're such a big help.

So, can anyone help me fix this?

Now that thats there, I've turned off my firewall and deleted softwares like McAffe that may be blocking it. I've set it to OpenGL Rendering System, but alas it does not allow me to connect. Direct3D9 Rendering System does not even let the program open, instead it says I'm missing the following file: d3dx9_42.dlll. This has been happening since June, and I'm getting antsy because I REALLY want to play Feralheart.

 So will someone please help me?

Failed to connect to front server is another funky message you might get. Most of the time you get this either when your internet is down or the server is down completely. It can also be that your firewall or any other security software is preventing FeralHeart from accessing the internet. If it's the server and not your internet it should be sorted shortly and be back up and running, if it will be down for longer times the staff will let you know.

If the server is up though for a longer time, and you're still having issues to connect, you should follow the tips mentioned in the post <"Unable to log on/go online"> above, and if that fails to work. Contact those responsible for your internet or maybe someone that knows more and are able to help you.

McAffe is something like Norton, right? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you need to do that - Feral heart should be safe...just pointing that out ;v;

Lol. XD This has been going on for so long now. I finally downloaded the file I was missing at least, but now on the other system its crashing. The OpenGL Render one is still refusing to connect. ;-; I want to play like crazy. At least I'm calming myself by watching Doctor Who.

+I've tried other wifi's, none of them will work but they do have a very strong signal which is weird.
