Perhaps there is another user with your same forum name and it went to them instead then. That tends to happen a lot when users have similar names.
Anyways first try restarting your computer. That has happen to me before and restarting usually helps. If that doesn't work maybe you should try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Perhaps something just got screwed up. If you have any presets, maps, or screenshots back those up first then uninstall and delete the Feral Heart folder before reinstalling.
