I Need Help Finding a Mesh

I saw this mesh as one of the pictures on the top of the forum. It's the water cave in the background.



This mesh, to me, is beautiful and I was wondering if this was an actual mesh that I can download? If so do you know where the download link is?

I think that could be one of Tiggs private meshes. I haven't seen that mesh publicly around here but I'll look around to make sure
