Hello, I was wondering if anyone here could help me. I had an account on here and it was working fine and dandy until a few months ago. I went to log on and it said that the username and password was incorrect. Which neither are. It also doesn't let me log into the forums with that account. Also the username AND password are not longer then 16 characters. If someone could please help me let me know! I would greatly appreciate it! I love my characters on that account and love the username. Please help if you can!

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

None of those work. My caps isn't on. My keyboard is English. All those things are fine and dandy. I don't know what else to do. I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and nope. Nothing.

Ok, I've experienced this problem multiple times. Double check everything when logging in, make sure you didn't put any spaces in your password and be EXTRA careful when typing it in to make sure you don't hit any extra keys. Hopefully this helps if not you may need a new account.

Take time to count the letters in the username.
No more than 16 is allowed.

Aye, as Cookie and Reckless said dear, you could PM a staff about it, although, there's probably nothing they can do. Just double check everything. Look at your keyboard while typing everything. That's what I had to do.
