Preset codes? .-.

I'm attempting to make presets, but I need WORKING codes.

One, I need a preset that is Semi-Transparent and can glow.

Two I need one that can be semi-transparent and scrolling.

Do those codes exist? ._.

The thing is these are all due able by themselves. You can only use one certain coding per body part. You cant have a semi transparent with glowing at the same time.
But Semi-Transparent might work with opacity levels but the scrolling will make it solid.
So really coding that can do both are more for users who made em and are private.
