Feral Heart slow and can't create characters

So, I downloaded a new map. It didn't work, and feral heart started crashing all the time. I deleted it and started FH again. Now with the character I tried to use this new map, I couldn't see the world or something. I reinstalled FH several times, but this didn't help... So I deleted this character and reinstalled FH again. I downloaded PresetSync and MassMarkings, like I had before. Now my FH is veeeeery slow and I can't create any detailed characters... It only works if I press "create" then insert a name and then "okay". And I can't update...
What's wrong? D:

Hmm.. I am not sure about this one. What I do know is that next time, if you can't see the world because you uninstalled the map, so maybe if you tried going to Lonely Cave it would have worked? I am not so sure about the character creator thing, that's quite strange. When you uninstalled, did you remove ALL the files? Even the ones that remain after you uninstall? The slowness of the game is normally referred to as lag, and I get it when I install detailed things. Good luck floof.

In game, go into options > settings > video and set them the lowest they can go. Also change your rendering system there. ^^

Try to keep presets, maps and items to a minimum. Your PC may just be really slow with FH.

Also, in character creator, I'm not to sure what's that issue. Try what Aniuk stated. Make sure to remove ALL files in C:.
