Many Issues

To start off, I am writing this for my friend who is having serious problems right now. And honestly, it confuses me a lot. If you are wondering why she is not posting a post here or even reporting it herself is because she can't. My friend can't log in anywhere. She tried once and it banned her for 15 minutes for some odd reason. She input her password correctly 5 differently times and all times said wrong password. Ok, she was banned and she waited her time out. She goes to log in again and same thing is happening. My friend is worried that someone is messing with her account or something. I told her to change her password but she can't even do that. Says email is invalid. Some 403 error thing.

It's like her account doesn't exist, yet she was playing earlier or yesterday just fine. Also, remember that I am only posting this post because she can't.

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Gonna point out that my friend did all of the above that was quoted here. I even PMed a staff member, I think, and they have yet to reply back to me. At this point, all that my friend is doing. Its giving her messages implying that her account just doesn't exist. Yet, before I post this and before that day, she was able to play just fine. And then yesterday it started to suddenly do this to her. She is worried that her account got hacked and deleted it or something like that.

She said she can make a new account but that may take forever since registration is not always open. So kind of hoping to figure out whats wrong with this account or what happened to it.
