Map problem (UNSOLVED STILL)

I uploaded my first map today and when my friends downloaded it and tried to go into the map their FH crashed, it has nothing to do with particles (Fh would have crashed right when it was opened) and yes it does have custom meshes, but the ones that everyone uses and stuff except two packs that I havent seen on any other maps, openGLspringspack and woodslandmeshpack.

Does this map use particles?
Tell them to go into C: >>> Feralheart >> media > particles and delete any with _0, _1, etc.
If they don't find any there, go to C: > Feralheart and type in 'Particle' in the search bar.
Sometimes exported maps cause particles to double.

Also, does it contain any custom meshes?

My freind only crashes when she tries to enter the map not when FH starts, but there are particles and I deleted them all,
By that I deleted all the Copied Particles.

Well it does contain custom materials I dont know what you mean by meshes,

Well it does contain custom materials I dont know what you mean by meshes,

A custom mesh is a custom object. Did you download any meshes, and put them in your map? Besides the original FH meshes like rocks and trees.

And like I said, make sure your friend deletes the particles. Can you get in map without crashing?
If you can, it's most likely to be a particle issue, or something with other meshes/objects.
