Feral heart isn't responding

Hi. I've been having this weird problem with my feral heart recently. I get on the game with no problem. I jump on a character of mine and run around in low populated areas such as maps that were created and others that I can't think of at the moment. For some odd reason, Feral Heart suddenly freezes up or black screens. I click around for a bit, wondering what just happened and suddenly it says that Feral Heart isn't responding. I have been searching all around the internet to fix this, but to no success. If anyone here knows how to fix this.. PLEASE HELP!!! I have been really wanting to get on and hang with friends, but with this at hand, it's kinda hard to.

Try to wait untill it freezes off.
You get the point right?
It happened to me sometimes. It's probably because your computer is running slow and has tons of things downloaded, such as lots of games, pictures and etc..
Slow and bad computer can also cause this problems no matter if maps are full or no.

Thank you for helping me there. I deleted about 60% of useless crap that either was useless, or was causing problems from the first place.
