Help?

Well, a long time ago. Back in back 2012, when I tried to log into my account, it wouldn't let me. Then when I finally did, I can still create characters, but, when I click the play button, it refuses to work. I knew this might happen, so I created a back-up account, Steelers1 in order to keep playing. Steelers1 works, but I want one for emergencies. So, I think my snivy5409 account has been hacked, is this true? Because my Steelers1 account works on this computer, and everytime I try to play on snivy5409, it crashes.

I don't think your account has been hacked, although, I do believe the server is not permitting the account to access the game. This is a strange occourance, if. I must so say o: But, I do think you may need/want to create a different account, although, try not to make multiple accounts, 2 is fine. I really hope this works for ye'.

Hello, Kaitlyn.
I am not quite sure what your problem is, but I have
a few suggestions. As Whisper said, I would make just one more
back-up account and maybe use it as your main one from now on if
nothing works out.

My first suggestion is to log in on the small gold box on the
top right corner of the website, (you might have to twice for it to work)
and then click User Panel. I would reset all of your characters' homes
and have them all go home. This might be a bit troublesome, but it
is just a suggestion.

If that doesn't work, I would try PMing a major staffie, like Red.
To talk to Red, just PM him. If he is still on his thing where it says
to PM another staff member, you can go to the Staff page and pick
someone who might be able to assist you further.

Crashing on that one account? Weird. Just as Aniuk said, I would try pming one of the staff members since they would be able to assist you best
