All I know is that Livestream is excellent for sharing your screen, I don't know any other good ones.

Twitch, but I don't know what it's like or if you can stream the desktop.

Livestream took me forever to figure out, but it's quite good.

Teamviewer, if it's one person or so..
Not learned all the functions.
It has a remote control for the viewer, like Joinme.
