Item Pack not working?

I know that item packs may not work for other players, and you may just think I am unable to see other items for other people.. but the problem is that I cannot see my own items. I put the pack in the right folder, followed the directions, and it didn't work on either of my computers... help?

I had this situation today and it was related to the same problem you have.
Would you mind telling what item pack you want to install and what's in the folder when you open up the item pack?
Maybe you are doing something wrong, maybe just a little thing wrong and you don't realize it? It happens a lot I must say.

Make sure you exported the item.cfg to the main feralheart folder an clicked "replace" when it asked! Same goes for the actual items. Export them to C: >>> Feralheart >> media > items and click replace! Otherwise they'll copy wrongly.

Also, what item pack was it?

I did make sure to follow all of the directions; replacing, right folder, etc.

either way, i apologise for the late reply, i am extremely inactive on the site and keep forgetting to check my messages. it totally slipped my mind that i made this.. ^^;

That's strange. o-o That item pack is very popular. Do you have a Mac by any chance?
And do make sure you click "replace" when moving the files.

ah, no, i do not. windows user for most of my life~ :I

it's pretty strange, because i see a lot of good stuff about that pack. download tutorials and everything. i did click replace when i dragged the file in there, as said, and I still feel a bit confused about it. I am not sure how to remove it, but i am not really going to risk it and try to find a way to make it work without it freaking out. xDD

I finally found out the problem today! Thank you for the help, I am able to use item packs now! I forgot to extract them from their separate folder and put them all separately in the item folder~ c:
