Failed to Export continuously

Hey! My friend has a problem. So she can't seem to export presets. I made her one and I usually do free preset requests and no one really ever has problems with it. However when she tries it won't export it. She changed her password temporarily and gave her account to me to allow me to attempt exporting it with my computer and it said it failed to export. I tried exporting the preset on my account, and it worked. She doesn't have any other presets due to this problem. I don't understand how it could happen to only her account. Is there some glitch or something? Please help! Thanks!

Does yer friend have complex symbols in her username like | ~ ^ # $ @ etc? If I am not mistaken Ms., those types of symbols normally render a preset unable to export correctly for the particular username.

She has ., :, and _ in her user.

It might be the : symbol that's causin' her preset not to export correctly to her username. I'm afraid she won't be able to use presets on her current account unless she obtains a new one 'n stray from complex symbols.

I know not of another solution, ma'dam Echo.
