Raichu Tail [Request]

Hello floofs<3


So I was wondering if anyone could make me an item [Which would fit on to a Feline Lion tail] that resembles a Raichu tail.


My only requierments are that it is:
1) A pretty bright yellow.
2) It is an object that will fit well on the feline lion tail
3) If possible, you could make it like... diamond shape. As in, the sides come in to meet each other. [If you don't understand what I mean, don't worry about it and just make it cubical xD]
