Maps in Cape have gone missing

So I haven't just noticed this but it wasn't really a problem until recently. Okay, so, my maps in Cape have gone missing except for one I made awhile back. If it means anything I've recently downloaded Tearless's galaxy potal mesh. I've tried replacing the new mesh with the old default one, and I've reinstalled some maps. But nothing seems to be working. Does anyone think they could help me figure out what happened to the portals?

Look in yer Local Disk (C:) > FeralHeart > Exports folder. Do ye' have the .fhm files of the maps ye're missin'? I highly doubt Ms. Tearless' portal mod is the cause of yer maps suddenly vanishin'. Chances are ye' might have deleted the .fhm files accidentally since it's the .fhm files that determine the portals showin' up in Cape of Distant Worlds or not.

If ye' do have said files missin', the only thing I can really think of for a solution would be to re-download all the custom maps ye've lost 'n place their .fhm files back in yer Exports folder. Then when ye' re-launch, yer portals should be showin' up again, Ms.

Make sure that when ye' uninstall, ye' delete the FeralHeart folder and all of its components alongside (though be careful not to delete the files ye've backed up).

I've recently downloaded Tearless's galaxy potal mesh.

Before you re-install, have you checked so there's any texture for the portals at all? If you just run into the game in cape with your character where the portals "should" be and look if any names pops up for the portals. It might be that the texture and material for the cape portals hasn't been installed properly in your game or that you somehow deleted them.
