Leader
This part is the most important one in the group. Jax M Panther has founded this group and is in charge of the whole system/jobs/RP etc. If you have any questions or would like to know more about the group then he is the one to ask. And before anyone asks; Jax M Panther will not be accepting any Leaders alongside, however in-game he may pick a member to guide the group for the time being if He and Black are away.
Deputy
Basically speaking, this rank is the second in lead. When the actual Leader is AFK or away/offline then this Deputy takes over the role for the time being.
Moderator
Your job is to check that the people who have signed up here are actually members of the group. You must send messages to people you are unsure about and ask for their character names. You must also make sure that all the members of the group have their character names on here!
Photographer
You are responsible for the Artistic side of our group. These screenshots are to be high quality however you may take a few testers beforehand to make sure everything is in working order. We mainly use these screenshots for promotion of our group/forums and as you may have guessed they play a huge part on the Advertisement of this group. To apply you must simply know how to toggle with the name tags, how to do different views (like side, free mode...etc) and how to catch the perfect moment. You are expected to take screenshots when we have meetings, when we are role-playing and when we are just wondering round! You must however "tab" beforehand, meaning that the view must be clear without the chat/icons/name tags!
Promoter/Advertiser
Simply said, we rely on you to go out and advertise on other forums/sites and other places which are interested in role-play. We depend on you to bring us members from the "outside" world. It is your responsibility to guide them to our Crossroads ground if they happen to be in-game, which also means that you must know your way around Feral Heart - Fluorite Plains. You must also be able to inform them on how to request membership into our group if the Leader isn't there to add them. This is similar to the "Recruiter" job however, Recruiters do not wonder off to other forums, they stay inside the game!
Recruiting New Members
Seeing as Jax and Black cannot constantly wonder off to other maps like Bonfire and recruit members themselves, we need a group of members who are willing to sit in different maps for a duration of time and ask around for 'panthers willing to join our clan'. If there are members interested, you must tell them to make an appropriate character, sign up here and then you must lead them to the 'Crossroads'. This means that you must know your way around Feral Heart. You must also be able to inform them on how to request membership into our group if the Leader isn't there to add them.
Guard
Your job is simply to look out for any "trouble" which may arise inside the group and in the surroundings. If you happen to meet a group of wolves which are likely to cause trouble and disrupt our Role-play/meeting...etc. Your job is to inform the leader. If you catch a member misbehaving inside our group then your job is also to inform the leader. You are our eyes and ears as you wonder further away from the group looking out for trouble.
Register
You are responsible for checking if the members online have been added to the group. We usually role-play in our Group chat so the likely hood is that if they don't request to join or accept the group request then they will be unaware of what is going on. You must make sure that they stand in line whilst you call out their name. Once their name has been called out, they may step out of the line. If however their name hasn't been called out then you must inform the leader and make a note of it.... And tell them to request membership in our group.
This may be changed by our Leader Jax M Panther at any time for any desired reason! If you have questions regarding changes then please let him know either in-game or on here through messages etc!
