I tryed to download feral-heart but then it just logs me off and it doesnt dowload help? plz?

It logs you off? Try using another browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Also, make sure you're downloading only the setup from -here-.

I advise ye' try a different browser. Ye' could also try clearin' out yer cookies and cache.
If that doesn't work, try refreshin' yer browser or restartin' yer PC. There's also a quote I found comin' from the user OreoHeroz that might also provide some aid:

Are you the administrator account on your PC? If not, ask your parent or whom ever is the admin to see if it works that way. Or try right clicking the setup.exe link and click 'Open In New Tab' if it still brings you to the home page, try again.
